The Athletic Warehouse and Dirt Dawgs Baseball are led by founder Mike O'Neil, a 20-year fitness entrepreneur with a remarkable background in the field. With one of the most extensive accreditation profiles in the industry, Mike brings unparalleled expertise and dedication to everything he does.
With 35 years of experience coaching and playing a variety of sports, Mike is also celebrated as one of the most accomplished baseball players in Newfoundland and Labrador history, earning numerous championships and individual awards. His passion for the game is evident in every pitch and every play.
Mike holds a BA, an MEd, and a Naturopath designation. He’s also certified in nutrition, high-performance training, and sports protocols through NASM, reflecting his commitment to holistic athletic development.

Welcome to M7 Baseball Academy!
At M7, we’re dedicated to developing skills, building confidence, and promoting athleticism for baseball players of all levels.
We don’t just focus on top players; our mission is to help all players reach their full potential. With a year-round, structured development program, we support growth and boost confidence through a unique, comprehensive curriculum.
Our teams, the Dirt Dawgs, compete in tournaments and games throughout the year, fostering teamwork and a love for the game.
